Lawyer (Mid | Moscow)

We are seeking a highly motivated associate with expertise in competition law to expand our accomplished team. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of cartels, abuse of dominance, and digital markets. A strong interest in IP/IT law and familiarity with EU Competition law are highly regarded (although not obligatory) for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide consultation to clients on anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominant position, unfair competition, agreements with government bodies, etc.

- Represent client interests in the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia and in court proceedings.

- Engage in leading projects in the digital market sector.

Qualifications:

- A robust understanding of Competition law.

- Master's degree in Law / Economics with a focus on competition law.

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

- Curiosity and a fresh approach to analysis.

- Strong interest in IP/IT law and data protection regulations.

- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Proficiency in written and spoken English, with strong communication skills.
